About the Role
Unique Visions is looking for a motivated, dependable Commercial &
Residential Window Film Installer to join our growing team.
This position involves installing professional window film in both
residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate takes pride
in their work, pays close attention to detail, works well with a team,
and is comfortable working with their hands.
Previous window film installation experience is not required, but highly
preferred. We are willing to provide paid training to the right person
who has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and takes pride
in doing quality work.
What You'll Do
- Install solar, safety/security, and decorative window film on residential and commercial properties.
- Measure and prepare glass surfaces for film installation.
- Cut, handle, and apply window film accurately and efficiently.
- Properly clean and prepare glass before installation.
- Use installation tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Work on ladders, lifts, and at various heights when required.
- Complete installations according to company quality standards.
- Protect customer property and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members while on job sites.
- Travel throughout the St. Louis metro area and surrounding areas.
- Help load, unload, organize, and maintain tools and materials.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and find solutions in the field.
- Represent Unique Visions professionally on every job.

Nice-to-Haves — Not Required
- Previous window film installation experience.
- Experience with 3M Window Film or other professional window film products.
- Construction, remodeling, or other skilled-trade experience.
- Experience working with glass.
- Experience with tinting, vinyl, signage, or other film installation.
- Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Experience working on ladders, lifts, or scaffolding.
- Commercial construction or residential installation experience.
